A Business Consultant and professional Company Director Mr. Ractliffe is Chairman of the NZ Export Credit Office and Grosvenor Financial Services Group Ltd as well as being on the Board of a number of other companies. In 2003 he completed a second three year term as a Director and later Deputy Chairman of ACC and before that he was the NZ CEO of the National Mutual Group (now AXA NZ).
Managing DirectorAllan YeoBA,BCA(Hons) Educated at Victoria University Wellington, with a BA and a BCA with first class honours in economics. Prior to becoming Managing Director of Grosvenor Financial Services Group Limited, Allan held a number of senior treasury roles with Barclays Bank PLC in New Zealand and throughout the financial capitals of the world. Allan is also a director of Oxford Group Limited, a merchant bank. Chris MacKayBCA, CFP, CLU, Fellow FPIA, JP, FLBA Chris is managing director of Chris MacKay Financial Planning. He graduated with a BCA with a major in Tax, Trusts and Estate Planning in 1976 and has been an insurance and investment adviser since that time. Chris completed the NZ Diploma in Life Assurance in 1980 and has also qualified by examination to be a member of the NZ Institute of Chartered Insurance and Investment Advisers (CLU). In 1997 he became an inaugural Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and was the first New Zealander to hold both the CLU and CFP designations. He is a member of FPIA, LBA and MDRT.
Peter CaveCFP, CLU The Principal of Prime Planning Ltd. Joined the financial services industry in 1988 from a background of engineering and management in both the United Kingdom and New Zealand. Peter is a Certified Financial Planner and Chartered Life Underwriter. He is a member of the Financial Planners and Insurance Advisors Association Incorporated (FPIA). Peter has completed Diplomas in Personal Financial Planning and Management in addition to his United Kingdom qualifications in engineering Warren SkerretDFP, ChFC, CFP Currently the CEO and Principal of Skerret Financial Planning. Warren is also a director for Prospero, the Primary Investment management system used by key Advisers. This role involves being part of the Investment committee that overseas key decisions in conjunction with Prospero Research team in the selection and implementation of products. Warren is a member of Financial Planners and Insurance Advisers Association (FPIA) since 1982 and a member of Invercargill Rotary Club
